Tom & I had pre-planned our funerals, with Mark, prior to Tom’s passing. If we hadn’t I’d had never known what Tom’s wishes were. Mark made the pre-planning comfortable as he enlightened us on arrangements. Tom & I had also worked with Toni on our monument, again a memorable time together. When Tom passed both Mark & Toni worked alongside of me and our family making Tom’s burial & celebration very organized for both myself, our family and our friends. You were at our house after our baby boy passed away on Monday, November 11. You went way beyond your job requirement as a coroner with your compassionate kindness during the following difficult hours and the following day when you brought our baby back. We would like to let you know that you did a wonderful job with getting our child ready for viewing. He had such a beautiful skin tone (especially the hands) that it looked like he was taking a peaceful nap.
