Elvina L Kasch, age 83, died unexpectedly at her residence at Horizon Apartments on January 22, 2010. Elvina Louise Martinson was born on June 26, 1926 at Flandreau, SD to Alex and Laura (Forbraagd) Martinson. She is survived by four sons - Gene (Helen) of Manassas, VA, Gary (Betsy) of Spring Branch, TX, Dennis (Darlene) of Riverview, FL and Rick (Valerie) of Bellbrook, OH. One daughter - Deb (Jarv) Morehouse of Lincoln, CA. 16 grandchildren and 23 great grandchildren. One brother - Ron Martinson of Gillette, WY. She was preceded in death by her parents, one son - Gale in 2009, two sisters and one brother. Memorial services will be held at 1:00 PM on Wednesday, January 27, 2009 at Weiland Funeral Chapel. Inurnment will be in the Colman Cemetery. She attended school in Flandreau and Madison. She worked for the City of Madison in the finance department and at Brookshire Insurance Agency. She was a member of the Women’s Connection. The family will be present at 7:00 PM on Tuesday at the Weiland Funeral Chapel which is in charge of the arrangements.
