Betty Gile, age 75, died at the Madison Community Hospital. Betty Marie McGee was born at Ree Heights, SD on November 21, 1932 to Galen and Dorothy (Aust) McGee. She married Clifford Gile at Pipestone on January 9, 1951. She is survived by her husband - Clifford of Madison Three sons - Daven (Pat) of Madison, Clifford Jr (Mary) of Brandon and Donald (Kathy) of Brookings, SD Two daughters - Jean(Todd) Lembcke and Vickie (Daniel) Bird both of Madison. nine grandchildren and two great grandchildren. One brother - Don McGee of Kansas City, MO. She was preceded in death by her parents and two brothers. Funeral Services will be held at 1:00 PM on Thursday, June 26, 2008 at Weiland Funeral Chapel with Rev Marilyn Spurrell officiating. Burial will be in Graceland Cemetery. She grew up in Ree Heights graduating from Ree Heights High School. She moved to Madison where they farmed east of Madison. She also worked for Rosebud Manufacturing for 10 years. She was a life member of the VFW Auxiliary. The family will be present at 7:00 PM on Wednesday at the Weiland Funeral Chapel which is in charge of the arrangements.
