Carol Robson

Carol Katherine Woestman was born on December 25, 1937 at Ramona, SD to Henry and Agnes (Cavigelli) Woestman. She married Lawrence Robson at Oldham, SD on January 19, 1957. He preceded her in death in 1998. She died early Saturday morning at the Madison Community Hospital after a lengthy illness with cancer at the age of 68. She grew up in Oldham graduating from Oldham High School in 1956. She worked as a nurses aid at Beverly Health Care Center, Wenk’s Foods and the Happy Hour and Sportsman’s Bars. She owned and operated the Silver Dollar Bar and Carol’s Coroner. She was a member of the VFW Auxiliary. She is survived by one son - Jerry of Howard and three daughters - Vicki (Donald) Vought and Brenda Langland both of Madison and Elizabeth Morningwake of Grantville, PA . Seven grandchildren and five great grandchildren. Two sisters - Nancy (Red) Edison of Gig Harbor, WA and Mary (Ricky) Anderson of Bryant, SD. She was also preceded in death by her parents. one brother and a daughter - Mary in infancy.
