Dorothy Mae Erickson, age 91, died at Bethel Home on April 15, 2006. Dorothy Mae Stephens was born on July 13, 1914 at Nevada, IA to Grover and Alma (Fultz) Stephens. She married Irving Erickson at Montrose, SD on April 15, 1933. He preceded her in death in 1979. She is survived by one son - Kenton (Linda) of Rogers, AK and Alma (David) Tonsager of Sioux Falls. Four grand children and two great grandchildren. A sister in law - Eleanor Stephens of South St Paul, MN. She was also preceded in death by her parents, a son - Keith in infancy, a brother - Gordon and four sisters - her twin - Doris, Zella, Pauline & Lurene. Funeral Service will be held at 1:00 pm on Tuesday, April 18, 2006 at Weiland Funeral Chapel with Rev Bruce Iverson officiating. Burial will be in St Peter Cemetery, Orland Township. She grew up in Montrose graduating from Montrose High School. She lived in Madison and worked at Campbell's Drive Inn and in the dietary department at the Madison Community Hospital. She was a member of the Trinity WELCA. They also square danced. The family will be present at 7:00 pm on Monday at the Weiland Funeral Chapel which is in charge of the arrangements.
