Ed Rheault

Edward Rheault, age 87, died at Beverly Health Care Center. He was born on November 27, 1918 at Fargo, ND to Victor and Laura (Richard) Rheault. He married Jeanette Branelle at Wild Rice, ND on June 22, 1940. She preceded him in death in 1992. He is survived by three sons - Leroy (Donna) of Dorango, CO, James (Cindy) of Ramona, SD and Bruce (Mary Ann) of Rugby, ND. Three daughters - Betty (Paul) Lamothe of Suffolk, VA, Shirley (Dick) McEntee of Mitchell, SD and Nancy (Robert) Norman of Ramona, SD. Twelve grandchildren and fourteen great grandchildren. Two brothers - Julian and Donald both of Fargo, ND and six sisters - Agnes Anderson of Billings, MT, Nuella Savageau of California, Claudia Marie Rheaut, Angela Savageau and Virginia Hahn all of Fargo, ND. He was also preceded in death by his parents, two brothers and one sister and a great grandson. Funeral Mass will be held at 2:00 PM on Saturday, March 25, 2006 at St Thomas Aquinas Church with Rev Robert Vinslauski officiating. Burial will be in the church cemetery. He grew up in Riverside, MT. He managed grain elevators in Vida, Mt, Horace, ND, Walcott, ND Dimock, SD, Madison and Hawey, MN for 42 years retiring in 1984. He was a member of St Thomas Knights of Columbus, Madison Elks Lodge and an officer in the Interlakes Senior Citizens. There will be a Parish Scripture service to be followed by a Knights of Columbus Rosary at 5:00 PM on Friday at the Weiland Funeral Chapel which is in charge of the arrangements.
