Weiland Funeral Chapel was built in 1954 with the motto "The beauty of your family's faith is the keystone of our service." The facility was a modern funeral chapel that provided a quiet dignified atmosphere. An addition to provide wheelchair-accessible restroom facilities on the main floor and a gathering place for families after visitation and prayer services was added in 1989.

An 1,800 square foot addition with drive up canopy expanded lobby, and handicapped-accessible casket room with restroom was added in 2004, the 50th anniversary.

Chapel

The chapel can accommodate up to 150. Side rooms allow for privacy in the event more than one visitation is in progress at the same time.

Lobby

The new lobby provides for comfortable seating and a relaxed atmosphere for families during visitation. The lobby also can be set up for small lunches to be served following the funeral service.

Memorial

The lobby allows for a memorial area where families can display pictures and memorabilia.

Casket Room

The new casket selection room on the main floor is fully handicapped accessible and displays 16 caskets in hardwood and metal.

Pictured is a 72" by 48" lighted stained glass - "Life is Changed, Not Taken Away" - which depicts the caterpillar, cocoon, and butterfly. The artwork is dedicated to founder Donald "Bud" Weiland.
